Boiler manufacturers recommend that you contract the services of an OFTEC Registered Technician like myself to service your oil appliance.
Commissioning
Commissioning your new oil boiler is a condition of the manufacturers warranty and it ensures it is installed to current building regulations and the combustion settings are fine tuned for the particular installation location. I will complete a commissioning certificate and return it to the manufacturer on your behalf as part of the process.
Servicing
An annual boiler service and safety check including an OFTEC CD11 and TI133/D form, carried out by me ensures that your boiler is functioning properly. Regular servicing of your boiler is important as it ensures that the boiler is working to the specifications designed by the boiler manufacturer. This will help prolong the life of the boiler as well as reduce the risk of faults and expensive repairs down the line.
Repairs
If your oil boiler stops working you can call us to get you heat back on as soon as possible. I carry a large amount of spare parts in the van and can nearly always fix the issue in one call. I can accept credit or debit cards for all of my services.
